Below are the general conditions for the use of the electric tuk tuk service offered by the company TUK TUK TRIPS SL. Minor users must be accompanied by their father/mother or guardian and the service is only suitable for two or more ( 2 years old.

The itineraries cannot be modified, shortened or simplified at the client's request, nor can they be carried out without returning to the starting point. Nor can you modify the starting point, nor hire only part of the tour for a partial price. Any improper use of the service, which could be considered as public passenger transport in tuk tuks, with the sole purpose of moving from one place to another, is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

The guides/drivers who take the tuk tuks are drivers and assistant guides of tourist groups, highlighting that they are neither, nor do they claim to be tour guides.

Purchase conditions

The price and duration of the service is reflected in the rates on the website at the time of contracting the service and is established based on the Current General Rate (regarding services, taxes and fees).

The mere reservation of the service will not be considered a right to use the service. The service will be considered contracted once the client has made payment for it via credit card.

The Client agrees to be prepared for the start of the service on the scheduled date and time and at the collection point. In the event of a delay, the contracted activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the set route and duration of the contracted service. The activity will be considered canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and, in such case, no refund of the amount paid will be made.



The client agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the fines or sanctions derived from any violation of current legislation, which may be incurred due to misuse or bad behavior during the service, as well as the corresponding surcharges for late payment. by the Client and the judicial or extrajudicial expenses that TUK TUK TRIPS SL may have incurred as a consequence of the foregoing.

Reservation cancellation policy

If the cancellation of the contracted service is made with more than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the amount paid is refunded. Cancellations are not allowed for less than 24 hours notice. If the cancellation of the reservation occurs without prior notice, TUK TUK TRIPS SL will not make any refunds.

In the event that weather conditions or other exceptional conditions (street closures, demonstrations, public gatherings, etc.) completely prevent the service from being carried out, the amount paid will not be refunded.

In case of a mistake when reserving the number of tuk tuks on the website, and not realizing it until the start time of the tour, TUK TUK TRIPS SL will not make any refund, since this availability will not have the possibility of being booked by another client.

No more than four people are allowed per tuk tuk, so if more than four people show up having reserved a single tuk tuk, it cannot be cancelled.



In case of changes to the itinerary due to closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Tuk tuk user guide

Contractors of the service are informed that the guide/driver of the tuk tuk reserves the right not to start or, where appropriate, to terminate the activity in the event that any of the actions detailed below are not complied with or contravened:

The client undertakes to make responsible use of the space they occupy in the tuk tuk, as well as the rest of the components and to comply with the rules of the Highway Code.

It is prohibited to change the seat assigned to each participant at the beginning of the activity, as well as getting off the tuk tuk for the duration of the activity, unless otherwise instructed by the guide/driver.

It is prohibited to get up or make any movement that could alter the normal operation of the tuk tuk and/or cause inconvenience or damage, both to the other occupants of the tuk tuk and to other road users. It is therefore strictly prohibited to take arms, legs and/or objects out of the tuk tuk.

The occupants of the tuk tuk during the development of the activity are obliged to be respectful towards the rest of the users and pedestrians, avoiding in any case directing offenses or insults towards them, as well as shouting or shouting excessively, maintaining a reasonable noise level. and appropriate at all times.

It is the obligation of the tuk tuk occupants to take care of and respect the furniture on board the tuk tuk.

Participants are obliged, before and throughout the tour, to wear clothing appropriate to the type of activity to be carried out. It is prohibited to go without a shirt.

It is prohibited to carry out any action that may distract the guide/driver, as well as attempting to take control of the tuk tuk.

It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages on board the tuk tuk, although non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, as well as certain foods (snacks, etc.) as long as they are not packaged in glass, tin or ceramic containers.

Smoking is prohibited on board the tuk tuk.

I exonerate TUK TUK TRIPS SL from liability for any theft that may be suffered by a third party during the tour.

I exempt TUK TUK TRIPS SL from liability in the event that the guide/driver is forced to reduce or take a shorter trip than the contracted one, due to circumstances beyond his control, such as lateness or bad behavior of all/some of the passengers.

I am aware of and am responsible for the fall of any object, personal or not, from the tuk tuk (mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, etc.), whether the tuk tuk is moving or stopped/parked.

I exonerate TUK TUK TRIPS SL from liability for any breakage or damage that may occur to an object, personal or not (mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, etc.), as a result of it falling from the tuk tuk because it was delivered. to company staff to take photographs, videos, etc.

I know and I am obliged to follow and make the minors in my care follow the instructions of the company staff regarding the position to occupy in the tuk tuk, in order to maintain order and the smooth running of the activity. , especially when various unknown groups participate in it.

I am aware of and am responsible for any damages or injuries, to myself or to third parties participating/unrelated to the activity, that could be caused by me or the minors in my care as a result of violating the prohibition of changing my seat/getting off the tuk tuk for as long as the duration of the activity lasts. activity.

The TUK TUK TRIPS SL entity will not be responsible for any damage caused by third parties to passengers.

Express acceptance

I have been informed and, therefore, I authorize and accept that the company TUK TUK TRIPS SL uses and/or publishes my image and that of the minors in my care for advertising or marketing purposes. In case of disagreement with this clause, the personnel in charge of the activity must be informed, who will record said refusal in writing (this document must be signed by both contracting parties).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish laws. The issues that arise due to this contract between TUK TUK TRIPS SL and the Client are within the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals corresponding to the city where the contract was signed, to which both parties submit.

Confirmation

From the confirmation of the reservation and therefore the payment of the service, the client will expressly assume the entirety of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
